AGE You must be over the age of 18 to sign up for a package. |

Unallowed activity's You are not allowed to use our services to host any observe material. This includes hosting pornographic material or any material that could be seen as an of discrimination or rasicm. You can also not use or services to spam or use mail bombs. This includes sending unsolicited advertising to those with which the customer has no existing business relationship, posting off-topic advertising in newsgroups. You are also not aloud to to spoof (using a return email address which is not the valid reply address of the sender or sending an email message which does not contain enough information to enable the recipient to identify the party who is really sending the message; passive spamming. Your user/mail/reseller account may not use more than 8% of the systems resources. By doing this your account can be and will be terminated. |
| 3. | Abuse of the law You can use your Cymraeg Wales Hosting account for what ever you want. You may do this as long as it does not include any illegal purposes. Any attempts on doing this is strictly not allowed and will have your account deleted straight away. We will also pass your information onto the police. It is also an offence to break any UK law in regard to online data hosted with our selves. This includes using our UK based servers to break a UK law. |
| 4. | Pornography Pornography and sex-related content, or links to such material, even if the content is legal, is not an acceptable use of Cymraeg Wales Hosting.co.uk. If we find that you are doing this, your account will be terminated. You are also not allowed to be linked from any of these websites. |
| 5. | Hacking/Cracking Our servers are not to played with. We reserve the right to report any illegal activity that might be going on, on the server. If we discover that any user account is performing activity of this kind will have there account terminated straight away. They will also have there details passed onto the police. |
| 6. | Free accounts. You may use your free account for anything you wish. YOU MAY NOT USE YOUR FREE ACCOUNT TO UPLOAD MUSIC AND HOST MUSIC AND YOU MUST HAVE A WORKING WEBSITE. We recommend that your website is a maximum of 15megs big and that the rest of the web space is used for email space. Free accounts only have a lasting day limit of 15 days where upon the end of that limit, you will be asked to either upgrade to a paid hosting account or end your account. |
| 7. | Abuse to server resources Running programs in the background on our server without our prior written authorization, or running chat rooms, Internet Relay Chat, IRC bots, and the like are not acceptable uses of our servers. Further, any usage of twenty percent (8%) or more of our system resources is an undue burden on our system and is unacceptable. If your usage ever exceeds twenty percent (8%) of system resources, you will be contacted and asked to eliminate the problem. If you do not terminate the problem your account will be terminated |
| 8. | Responsibility. It is the clients responsibility to what goes on in his or her website. If the client decides to upload any CGI or PHP scripts we can not be held responsible for any problems this might course. We will only interfere if it is interfering with the server in any way what so ever. |
| 9. | Backups We always make daily onsite/offsite backups of your account. It is also advisable for the client to create backups |
| 10. | IP Address Cymraeg Wales Hosting reserves the rights for the ip address's on your account and only may request for an ip address if they want to use the SSL certificate service on your account. There will also be an additional charge for an IP address. |
| 11. | Reseller accounts When you have a reseller account you have complete freedom. You are allowed to create as many accounts that it says you can under your package. All the terms above and below are all valid for the reseller account terms and conditions. |
| 12. | Traffic Boosting! You are stricly not allowed to use traffic boosting software on your account unless we say. Traffic Boosting software brings in traffic from mostly pornograpic websites. Any one found using Traffic Boosting software will have there account terminated. You are allowed to advertise your site. If you are not sure please email: support@chostwales.com |
| 13. | Give me ago account The Give me ago account is only valid for one month and is intended for you to test our services. |
| 14. | Resource Use. Give me ago hosting account: max 2% Cpu usage for 90 seconds. Max 0.3% memory If you are looking at a reseller account, please have a look at the resources you can use in total. Basic Reseller hosting: max 10% Cpu usage for 90 seconds. Max 4% memory Please do not allow the figures scare you. If you go a little bit over these we will not tend to contact you. We only charge or contact you if doubles what it says there. Average websites only tend to use a max of 0.05% Cpu usuage and 0.3% of the system memory. |
| 15. | Business Hosting Business Hosting is the term to describe fully managed hosting. This means that if you take out one of our business hosting plans, it means that we will look after the account. It also means if you need something done such as adding a new domain to the account, or email account or ftp account etc, we will create it for you and give you 100% support to help you set it up. Business Hosting also comes with resonable phone support. This will range from 2 hours a month to 10 hours amonth depending on your account. All business hosting accounts come with a much more server resource allowance. These types of accounts are also on much higher spec servers with a 99% + uptime. |
